Hello Everyone,
Just wanted to share this with everyone as I am hoping that I will be doing live broadcasting of the international youth at COP 14. Feel free to email family and friends as this would eba good way to keep up to date and maybe even catch your 15 minutes of (internet) fame.
Please join in watching the international youth delegates who will be attending the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Poznan, Poland by watching live broadcast video which will showcase workshop, sessions, daily actions and what youth are doing to make sure that there is concrete action from our governments at COP 14.
The first broadcasts will feature the Conference of Youth 4 (COY4) where young delegates will gather from November 29th to 30th to prepare themselves for the United Nations Climate Change Conference.
While there will be a time zone difference in the live broadcasting all of the video will be available online at any time so you can still watch even if you miss the live broadcast. You can watch videos from last years United Nations Climate Change Conference in Bali, Indonesia as well as videos from the UNDP on climate change during the time between the live broadcasts.

Why does any of this matter?
My words alone cannot begin to convey the depths of emotion and passion and desperation behind my motivation for doing everything I can to mitigate climate change. So instead, please watch this short video. This say it all.

Imagine what it is like to be in this room at this moment:
Imagine staring out over a sea of suits and ties adorned by emotionless faces who seem to have lost perspective. Do they care nothing for the millions of impoverished and marginalized people of this world who are being forced from their homes and cultural roots into slums and camps? Are they mere androids driven by politics and economy, who can't see beyond the next fiscal quarter, or election term? They continue to forget that their decisions will impact millions upon millions - including their own children.
Now imagine being a young person in the room during this speech. You are surrounded by your contemporaries for support - people you have become close friends within a matter of two short weeks, bound together by this common cause, this plea for a brighter future. Tears are streaming down our faces. We hold hands, hug one another, stand and watch while one of our own sends our plea to take action and stop deliberating. The world is melting away from under us. We are running out of time.
